1. Background

In keeping with our values of excellence and innovation, we identified a need to re-imagine solutions that provide actionable timely and quality information on animal disease diagnosis and reporting. This is critical to supporting decision-making as well as the prevention of potential disease breaks by ensuring veterinary professionals can respond quickly to livestock disease- related emergencies.
The Vetwiz App Launch celebrates a major advancement in livestock disease reporting, veterinary case management, and digital agricultural support services in Africa. Developed by Farm Innovation Nigeria, the app empowers animal health professionals and farmers with real-time tools, disease tracking, and a veterinary directory; all supported by a user-friendly mobile platform. The event will feature high-level stakeholders, a keynote address, a panel discussion, and a live demonstration of the platform.
2. Scope of Work
The selected Media Consultant will be responsible for the following:
2.1 Photography
• Minimum of 70 edited high-resolution images
• Must capture keynote, panel discussions, app unveiling, networking, and branding
2.2 Videography
• Produce 3 x 3-minute edited session highlight videos
• One full-length edited video including interviews and main moments
• Deliver raw footage + clean audio of all speakers
2.3 Live Streaming
• Setup and stream full event via Zoom and YouTube
• Provide all required equipment: encoder, backup internet, clear audio
• Conduct test run prior to event
• Provide Zoom recording within 2 working days
2.4 Visual Media & LED Screens
• Setup LED screens (audience display)
• Manage branded content, speaker slides, and video feeds
• Provide operators for on-site media switching and visual support

4. Evaluation Criteria
Proposals will be assessed based on:
i. Experience & Portfolio in live events, especially tech or health launches
ii. Quality of Equipment and ability to deliver high-quality media
iii. Proposed Work Plan including team structure and setup timeline
iv. Cost & Value for budget effectiveness
v. Creative Direction & Innovation demonstrated in sample work
5. Submission Requirements
Submit a 2-page proposal including:
• Company profile and relevant experience
• Equipment list
• Budget breakdown (with payment terms)
• Work plan/timeline

6. Ownership & Rights
All media content produced shall be the property of Farm Innovation Nigeria Ltd. The Consultant may use portions for portfolio purposes with prior approval and credit to Vetwiz.
7. Payment Terms
● 60% deposit upon contract signing.
● 40% upon successful delivery and approval of all outputs.
● Payment via bank transfer within 14–30 days of final invoice.
